Strength & Conditioning Classes
60 Min | Led by Tiffany Dennis & Lauren Michi
A complete hybrid workout combining strength training, conditioning, mobility, core, and balance — all in one session. Classes use the full facility and are scaled to every fitness level. No experience needed.

All Forge CHS class programming is designed so members can complete the workouts independently when needed. And with safe, secure access 24/7, you can workout when it works for you.
Outside of scheduled classes, Forge CHS has staffed hours with professional coaches available to answer questions, offer modifications, and help you stay on track — anytime.
